So this blog has been a labor of love for me since 2007. Like many things I love, it often gets neglected due to the daily tasks I have to perform in order to pay the bills, keep the house in a livable condition, keep from becoming morbidly obese, etc. But now I’d really like to make it more of a priority. Why? Because I am constantly cooking, eating and being an extreme tourist both in my own city of Atlanta and beyond, so why not share these experiences with others? It only takes a few more minutes of my time, right?
Well, that is what I thought until I decided to upgrade this old thing from Blogger to WordPress. That’s when shiz got real. Having an extreme case of OCD, the spacing and font issues that resulted nearly drove me insane. I therefore spent HOURS trying to perfect my previous posts by manipulating the html code in every single one. I don’t even know html, by the way. So if you notice some inconsistencies in spacing and fonts, please know that they irk me as much as they irk you, but I have done all I can here.
And now I make it my mission to actually keep this thing updated and, well, fresh. I have been to so many places and eaten so many wonderful (and not so wonderful) dishes in my life, and it pains me to know that only a minute fraction of them have been documented. Well, no more friends, this blog is officially back on and poppin’. READ IT!!!! (Said in my best Billy Eichner voice.)
